What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. It lets the site remember something between visits, such as whether you dismissed a banner or which page you were reading.
Cookies we set
We keep our own cookies to a minimum. Here is what each one does.
- A preference cookie that remembers your cookie choice so the banner does not reappear on every visit
- A session cookie that keeps a form working while you fill it in
- A security cookie that helps us spot automated form submissions
Third-party cookies
Some pages load content from other services. The map on our contact page, for example, is embedded from Google and may set its own cookies. If you click through to our social media profiles, those platforms use their own tracking, and their privacy policies apply rather than ours.
We do not run advertising networks on this site.
Managing cookies
Every major browser lets you see the cookies stored on your device, block new ones and delete the ones already there. The settings menus in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all include this under privacy or site data.
Blocking all cookies will stop some parts of the site from working properly, including the request forms.
Changes to this policy
If we add or remove a cookie, this page is updated and the date at the top changes. Check back if you want to see what is currently in use.
