Ordering from us
An order is placed when you complete a form on this website or confirm one with our team by phone or email. Once we accept the order you will receive a confirmation showing the items, the price and the delivery window.
We can decline an order if the delivery address sits outside our delivery zone, if the requested date is already full, or if the information given looks incomplete. If that happens, nothing is charged.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on the website include GST unless the page says otherwise. Corporate prices are quoted per lunch and exclude GST. We review prices from time to time, and any change applies to orders placed after the new price is published.
- Individual orders are paid at checkout
- Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly with fourteen day terms
- Overdue invoices may attract interest at two percent per month
Delivery
We deliver on the days set out in your plan. Someone needs to be able to receive the order, or to leave clear instructions about where it can be placed. If a delivery cannot be made because we were not told about access arrangements, the order may still be charged.
Delivery windows are estimates. Traffic and weather around the Waikato can push a run later than planned, and we will contact you if a delay starts to look significant.
Changes and cancellations
Weekly meal boxes can be changed or paused up to 48 hours before the delivery day. Corporate lunches can be adjusted until 4pm the day before. Changes made after those cut-offs depend on where the kitchen has got to and cannot be guaranteed.
Using this website
The content on this site belongs to Hotoffersdaily. You are welcome to read it and to link to our pages. Copying text or images for commercial use needs written permission from us.
We try to keep menu details, prices and availability accurate, but mistakes happen. Where a listed price is clearly wrong, we will get in touch before charging anything.
Liability and governing law
We take food safety seriously and work to a registered food control plan. If something goes wrong with an order, tell us and we will put it right. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order, except where the law does not allow that limit, which includes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and any dispute goes to the courts of New Zealand.
